Prices

Before we start work, I will provide an estimate of the scope of the task and expected cost.
Fees vary depending on the nature and complexity of the text; the following are general guidelines, listed in GBP:

Proofreading: £34.00 per hour
Copyediting: £39.00 per hour
Substantial rewriting/developmental editing: £45.00 per hour
Translation: £0.095 per word (£95 per thousand words)
Localisation: £30.00 per hour

My minimum charge is £30.00.

How it works

Send me an email using the contact form. I will then respond as quickly as I can (within 24 hours on weekdays).

Projects can be sent via e-mail; hard copies can also be sent, but these will obviously take longer to deliver. Files in editable format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) will be returned in the same format. In the case of non-editable files such as PDFs, we will agree on the delivery format before the job begins.
